Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not happy with your FloatingFighter, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition with all included parts (aircraft, remote control, batteries, propellers and charging cable) and the original packaging where possible.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

How to start a return: Email us at nick.mann346@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the cost.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable: Gift cards and add-on services such as Shipping Protection and Express Shipping are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different color is to return the item you have and place a new order.
