Shipping Policy

Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on all FloatingFighter orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 10–14 days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather, customs and carrier delays.

Express Shipping: You can add Express Shipping on the product page for faster handling of your order.

Shipping Protection: You can add Shipping Protection on the product page. If a protected package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll send a free replacement.

Tracking: Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the label is created.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or late orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of shipping, email us at nick.mann346@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
